I started Hilltop Home Inspections in 2018 relying on years of construction and operations management to bring Massachusetts & New Hampshire inspections to the next level of thoroughness and efficiency. Home inspections can be a great time to learn about the real estate being purchased so it’s my intention to teach the buyer all that I can about the property.

HOME INSPECTION

During a general home inspection you can expect a thorough look at most systems of a home. Don’t worry, you won’t have to have an incredible memory, we will provide you with a full-detailed report within 24 hours, including pictures and descriptions of the findings. RADON AIR TEST

Radon Gas is an odorless invisible gas that the CDC has determined to be linked to higher risk of developing cancer. We can test for Radon Air with canisters or vials that are set up for 48 hours and then sent to a lab for testing.

WATER TEST

At the time of the inspections we can draw samples of water to send to the lab for testing. There are 2 levels of testing, basic and Comprehensive. We highly recommend the comprehensive as it includes: everything in a basic test AND Copper, Lead, Nitrite, Arsenic, Calcium, Fluoride, and Radon in Water Where the basic test only testes for: Hardness, Iron, Manganese, Chloride, Sodium, Nitrate, pH, Coliform, E. coli bacteria . It is your choice but it is great to get a baseline of ALL contaminates before finalizing a purchase.

Sure, you could call a company that has commercials on the the radio, or 20 inspectors and leave it up to luck of the draw the quality of an inspector you end up with.
